D Shape Shower Cubicle

A D shape cubicle is an ideal option if you need to install a shower on a flat wall rather than in the corner of a room. Square cubicles installed against flat walls usually require extra bracing between the individual sides of the cubicle. This is to ensure they are rigid enough to stand the test of time without any flexing - as this can break seals.

Most D shape shower cubicles have a one piece rail top and bottom so there are no joins. This makes them rigid by design. Doors can either be of the sliding type or sometimes can be hinged outward depending on the make.
